About Our Instructor

In 1991, Doug Peck founded Advanced Electronics Interconnect Center Inc. (AEIC Inc.) AEIC has become an industry leader in electronics training and education.

He also authored and published the book “Mastering BGA Technology.”

Doug Peck is an IPC-CIT Certified Trainer for the latest versions of:

Doug has held management positions with HTC, Dynapert-HTC, deHaart, and SRT directing development of Vapor Phase and convection reflow systems, screen/stencil printers and SMT/BGA rework systems.

In previous positions, Doug was a Senior Engineer with expertise in thermofluid design of space-borne optical systems, nuclear power plants, and solar systems. He holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. He is co-inventor on several patents. He is also member of IPC and SMTA.

Doug served as a 1st Lt. in the US Army / 9th Engineer Battalion / Germany.
